Essential requirements are to show a certain ability for singing (voice and a good ear), enough intellectual capacity to follow Primary and Secondary Education as well as the musical activities, and a commitment on behalf of the candidate and parents to the ideology of the centre. |

Las competencias de la formación académica del centro las ostenta el Ministerio de Educación y Ciencia. En la Escolanía estudian los niveles de 3º, 4º, 5º y 6º de primaria contando con las instalaciones necesarias; en el Instituto de Educación Secundaria de Cangas de Onís estudian 1º, 2º, 3º y 4º de la ESO. The group of people involved in the education of the child are integrated by their participation in a team effort. |
